Shipping Info
- All shipments will be operated only during weekdays (Monday – Friday).
- Payment finalized by 2 pm will be sent out to the shipment agent in 24 hours (applicable only during weekdays)
- Public holidays/Sale week will require more than normal shipping time.

- Fitflo Activewear will be using DHL Express and also ZIP Courrier for all international shipments.
- Shipments will take up to 7 working days depending on the traffic.
- Please ensure to provide the correct full address
- In case of wrong recipients , Fitflo Activewear will not be responsible for the arrangement of re-shipping
- Fitflo Activewear partnered with JNE and J&T for all domestic deliveries.
- Deliveries will take between 1-5 working days (calculated from the day of purchase confirmed).
- Please ensure that you provide the correct full address.
Our packaging are consist of :
- Fitflo Pouch / Fitflo drawstring bag / Fitflo shopping totebag.
- Every Pouch/drawstring bag/tote bag will be wrapped with cassava plastic to maintain and protect the quality of our product
- This is our standard packaging look and every package should received in such manner.
Fitflo Activewear will not be held responsible for any tax imposed on purchases. Any tax charges will be due directly to customers.

Items purchased can be returned/ exchanged with terms and conditions as stated below :
• The product still has a label.
• The product is unused.
• The error is in Fitflo activewear.
• Not broken.
• Not washed.
• Keep proof of payment (if requested by fitflo).
• Maximum return of two days after the item is received.
• Replacement of items will be sent after the items to be exchanged have been received by fitflo.
The return conditions will take around a maximum of 30 days. We will process complaints submitted in about 2-4 days and will be given information via email.
